The only reason anyone does it is because it's the highest score people get most of the time out of all their subjects (Hopefully that's not the case for me though :S)...And it's easy, i.e.  confidence booster.. I don't think anyone could ever truly LOVE this subject. It was always boring, but then again, doing really well is good enough motivation to do it. Trust me though, most of you will be so happy you choose it when results come out.

Umm you wouldnt get 2 out of 10 you would get 0 out of 10. I believe the VCAA made this question to piss all the people off who memorised responses to Kotter's theory....

No you would get 2 out of 10.

Those two marks were for explaining the change issue and explaining change. If you didn't do these then you will not get 10/10.

Whilst defining organisational change is important... you will not lose marks for not doing it ( i defined organisational change by the way).
1 mark for defining driving- 1 mark for few generic examples
1 mark for defining restraining- 1 mark for few generic examples
2 marks for introducing issue and defining e.g acquisitions... and explaining the issue etc...

2 marks for driving forces related to case study
2 marks for restraining forces related to case study

All the dud subjects seem to actually have purposes for real-life, whereas the hard, 'real' subjects don't really...i mean compare bm to spesh :)

BM is actually an alright subject, it's just disappointing that the exam didn't really test the full extent of the course...
