narrow-minded? quite the opposite, when i saw the question first thing i said was people are going to shit themselves because it's not on kotter

i answered the question fully, justifying everything i wrote (even Kotter) i felt it was a nessasry addition that would show my wider knowledge on change management (yes you can argue it was excessive, though i was very methodical in the way i mentioned it)

everyone is going to have different views( and thats fine, but the question wanted you to show your knowledge on change management, as well as answering the specific details that were asked in the question.

just when i came to an agreement with burberry some other person pops up. kotter was not asked for and u will get no extra marks for it so i hope you wrote driving, restraining forces etc and filled up all the lines then wrote kotter on the back page. because kotter will be ignored and u would have not written enough otherwise

the examiners hate it you write unecessary information. If you wrote a brilliant response about driving/restraining then finished it off with 400 words of kotters... it would bring your mark down

seriously? Did you decide to just skip everything that had been written and revive this thread? Some other people have said they don't mark you down for it, so don't give false information for others based on what seems to be v. little evidence.

Well I am going on what I have heard from two separate assessors... so don't come tell me I don't have evidence... I believe its better then you trying to justify and persuade everyone that you can discuss kotters theory on a question that does not have the word kotters in it. go to sleep. good night.

Haha that's very nice of you, albeit irrelevant to why they are getting annoyed.

Careyboy and I resolved it - Jsher is just a little bit of a troll.

I wouldnt go around calling people narrow minded.
thankyou jsher ...im glad you know what the question was asking for however many didnt
guess we are the only two people in the state you didn't regurgitate a rote learnt kotter's theory answer...
I'm glad vcaa put in this question... as no-one would have prepared for it so it will distinguish the good and weak students
^ This is being extremely cocky
I didnt put Kotters, and none of the people in my class did. So dont get cocky.

As for the whole issue. Everyone get over it. The exams are over and it really depends on VCAA's marking. You can't tell others they are wrong when there is no way you can be 100% sure what VCAA are going to accept. Right now go and chill.

Not having a sulk in any sense of the word - and your hypocrisy is baffling.

Sorry, no feeding the trolls. I always forget.
