Exploding Lithium Battery Question

Hey guys, for this question I gave the equation and wrote something like "The hydrogen produced from the reaction can be ignited by the heat released from the equation." This isn't quite what suggested in the solutions, however I'm hoping for full marks for it because I gave the correct equation, and the question didn't actually ask for a specific explanation of why the battery would explode, just an equation that would do this.

What do you think?

I expect it would be accepted as Hydrogen gas is flammable however it isnt relevant to the question as in the question it is tight sealed battery which I assume they are looking for the fact that the build of hydrogen gas in such a little compartment can lead to it exploding, not so much igniting and catching fire.

Oh yeah, I couldn't remember the question exactly and couldn't be bothered looking back to find it. Well it should still be fine because all it asked for was an equation anyway.
