I'm not sure if anyone have asked this before.
As the title says it all, is it possible to do one year of Science and then transfer to Biomedicine for second year and beyond?
Any requirements.

It's possible.  Just get an average of 75%+ to stay competitive and if you're applying mid-year, you do it through the uni and if you're planning to start Biomed at the start of second year, then apply through VTAC.

But if you're doing B.Sci, you can do pretty much any major in Biomed except for one so there's not much difference in terms of majors in the two degrees.

It's more difficult than a general transfer according to our course coordinator, because there have to be places available for you. But as said, there's minimal difference between the majors (the one unique one is just a hybrid of two others)

Possible but I wouldn't bother. You need to overload in first year to satisfy all the first year Biomed subjects. I made a post some time ago and I'll try find it...

EDIT:

Here are the subjects you need to do in first year Science http://vcenotes.com/forum/index.php/topic,22323.msg226878.html#msg226878

The transfer process is explained here http://vcenotes.com/forum/index.php/topic,22236.msg226049.html#msg226049

Yes, just change "vcenotes.com" to "vce.atarnotes.com"

(works for all broken links)

You can transfer into 1st year if your marks are good enough, you can't transfer to 2nd year without overloading to take certain subjects. Why you would want to transfer, I don't know...
