when/how do we get GAT results?

When you get your ATAR certificate, I think they also hand out your GAT results too (looks the same)

the day after results GAT stuff will be in the mail along with your VCE results.

LOL I actually want my GAT result, considering I somewhat tried (to an extent).

Hence, VCAA don't release GAT results before the exam period - because if you did considerably well on the GAT, then you wouldn't turn up to the exams.

They will come in the mail for everyone on the 14th. Well for those who've done a 3/4. Your study score and GAT results both come in the same envelope on that day on a blue sheet.

I could swear there are 3 sheets of paper that you get. One has your subjects with S/N written on it. The next has Study scores for subjects with grades for GA1,2 and 3. and the final has your GAT scores.

But I could be delusional and just be imagining things from last year, either way I am too lazy to hunt it down.

hahaha yeah. They're all on different sheets. Sorry I should have mentioned that.

And it's raw scores for year 11s. But for the year 12s I'm not sure. I'll have to wait and see. I know the statements usually have raw scores unless it's one associated with ATAR and VTAC then it's usually scaled. You can tell cos there'll be numbers after the decimal point if it's scaled. While it's whole numbers for raw scores.

I'm just intending to ask around and find someone who got a similar result to me in year 12 and find out their scaling. And if that doesn't work, there are documents regarding the scaling later on.

Mmm yeah suppose so... But i dont see why they cant give it to us when we get our raw scores...
