do year 11 3+4 subjects get scaled this year, or next year?
EVERYONE, AND I MEAN EVERYONE, ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY SAYS IT GETS SCALED NEXT YEAR!
Can somebody actaully tell me who definatly knows?
And if it's scaled this year, is the result which I see in my results page the scaled mark?
wait..does my score get scaled against this years cohort, but actually I find out that scaled score next year?

scaled this year, i know because i got 40.XX scaled for methods last year and it shows it on the results today (40.11)

Your raw score (2010) gets scaled according to the scaling report for 2010 (http://www.vtac.edu.au/pdf/scaling_report.pdf)
Next year when you receive your ATAR, the raw score (that you have found out today) will be shown as a scaled score ACCORDING to 2010.

Think logically and clearly. Why would your score be scaled with a different year whereby their exams may be totally different in terms of difficulty and hence the scaling of said year.
idk how your friends/families etc. believe that it scales with your year 12 VCE cohort but it doesn't.
