Eg. If I take a radiography course and find it's completely not what I wanted in life, can I suddenly try to transfer to pharamcy?

btw, this is a purely hypothetical scenario, I have no interest in either :)

Depends on the course you want to transfer into. Some courses allow you to enter mid-year, but others you might have to wait till the year after to start from semester one again (this is the case for pharmacy).

Your university marks might be looked at when they consider transfer applications since you'd have some track record already. In some cases, ATAR may be used either in full or partial weighing.

look at uni website, look at course, look at mid year intake and application processes...
2010 - 2013: Bachelor of Software Engineering - Monash (completed w/ alternative exit to B. Comp Sci)
