How would i go about this course if I haven't done chem 1/2, 3/4 ? mostly looking at first year.

Chemistry is not a prerequisite, so you will be able to do the course fine...

You won't be able to take any subjects that have chemistry 101 as a prerequisite (eg biochemistry, pharmacology, etc.).

In order to take chemistry 101/102 you'll have to do some chemistry bridging subject. At UoM it's called Fundamentals of Chemistry and I imagine it's similar at Monash

yep if you need chem as a prereq for later years you can take chm1031
but you don't have to do it as vexx has said
