I don't have any AOS 2 practice outcomes, but below is a collection of past VCAA exam questions based on AOS 2 made by my school. It's useful for revision prior to doing SACs.

1st - Constitution
2nd - Protection of Rights

The 10-mark question at the end was different; I'm yet to see a question like that. Good SAC though.

That SAC was for the last years Legal 3/4 students, the one we did this year was much harder.

Do we only need to know about VLRC or is knowledge about ALRC also required. (are they practically the same ? )

Only VLRC; VCAA changed the study design so students only need to know the VLRC. To answer your question though, I think they are the same.

Got part 2 of half SAC back.

Total first SAC equates to 24/25, Ranked 1, tied with another person... -_-, can't believe i forgot to give a damn example.
