UNI CHEM TEXT BOOK

Hi,

I was just wondering if purchasing the text book is required. I remeber my teacher telling me they give us notes.



Thoughts from peple who have done it ?

Yeah vexx said you don't need it, but our teacher expects us to get it so I spose I'll have to pay $170 to get it

Also, are you gonna get a carbon-copy notebook or just a normal one? I don't wanna be the kid that does something completely different to everyone else

Hahaha I just emailed JDog about it, I'm not gonna get one either but as you say, I don't wanna be the only kid that doesn't have one.

I don't understand why we need one though, is it meant to be used for Prac Reports or something?

Yeah I think it's for prac work which is what I think we're doing next Thursday.
So maybe we have to hand a copy in but never get it back, and thus we would have our own copy of our own work!

wtf is a duplicate book, i didn't rock up to the optional day cause i got my wisdom teeth out.

A book with thin pages that allow what you write to "copy" onto a second page, but I reckon they'd be pretty expensive and I have no idea where to get them!

^ you don't need the textbook for anything, they say you need it but you'll never use it once.
leave it for now, maybe your teacher will make you get it once the semester starts and you go to your first class - but ours didn't and so we never used it & most of us wasted money on the book that was never opened.
