I'm just gonna jump in here and say I plan to do ~2-4 hours a day depending on what's needed. That includes my 10 frees a week, and a 30 minute session in the mornings in the school library. Which amounts to no hours - one and a half hours in the night, so my evenings are pretty free.

On a good Saturday I hope to get 4 hours, but I'll be happy with 2 or 3 tbh. :D And Sunday is a day of rest unless I'm desperate. :P

I've handed out a one day ban to echenzi for trolling.  Ariawuu, it's true that iffets was perhaps a bit too aggressive with her generalised attack.  Hacik also did attack you, although I wouldn't say "noob" is the worst possible attack in this kind of context.  At the same time, you had some very reactive rebuttal, and your self-victimisation is, to put it bluntly, not really adding much sympathy to your cause.

So it turns out we've all made a bit of a mistake, although really I think only echenzi has taken it way too far.  Cool - we know where we can all improve now.

So everyone, chill out and get back on topic.

On that note, I have extended echenzi's ban for attempting to evade the original one using another account.

Well considering my poor results this year (IMO atleast, for my family it's considered pretty damn good), hoping to do atleast on average 30 mins per night.

Fallout 3 was released the weekend before my English exam, I logged at least a dozen hours over the exam period.

I think Batman Arkham City is coming out near exam time this year... DAMN IT!

Last year I think Black Ops was around exam time.

They're projecting Q3 for Arkham City, hopefully it won't interfere with exams. But eh, last semester this year my results won't be that important so even if it's pushed back I can sink my life into it

I manage just fine. In 2010 doing 3 year 12 subjects I probably averaged about 2 mins a night of work. I did my physics EPI in 3 nights before it was due when we had about 4-5 weeks to do it... I got 39/40. The 1 mark I lost is because I decided to ignore a criticism the teacher gave me :P

I love how there's a stereotype that MHS kids do craploads of hw.  I graduated last year from MHS and while I worked hard I only ever did tops 2 hours of work a night.  When exams got closer of course I did more but during the year..tops 2 hours.
