I wish you guys would stop working on the holidays.
It's summer.
I didn't do holiday homework until the day I went back and didn't do schoolwork in winter break.
I got a score over 99.

Stop overworking yourselves or you'll tire yourself out.  You need your energy for August onwards.
2009 ENTER: 99.05

My brother bludged the whole year and got 98.35. He was playing computer games on the nights before his Chem and Spesh Maths exams.

I failed almost all my subjects in year 11 if not gotten extremely low marks for them.

I studied the necessary topics in unit 1/2 for unit 3/4 during the holidays so I'd say holiday homework is important dependent on your ability in previous years.

I failed English in year 11 yet I spent my whole summer holidays writing around 50 essays just in that holiday and I ended up with a 41, but those who already have a high standard of English before year 12 may not need to have worked as hard

I just feel like I'm behind if I'm not doing holiday homework. Like the rest of the state is getting ahead of me whilst I do nothing about it.

I've heard of some students at school finishing whole courses already (MHS), which doesn't really instill any further motivation to study LOL

So true.. and the misconception that you don't have to study for the rest of the year.
