You haven't done it yet. It sucks donkey balls.
Lol that's a good way of putting it. IT Apps is the sort of subject that will continuously bug you with strenuous SACs and extremely dodgy exam papers that can be interpreted in a number of ways by people with varying levels of experience in IT (which I lost quite a few marks from on the exam), while covering content that isn't exactly interesting at the best of times.
how similar is 3/4 to 1/2? we did 4 period long sacs and i didn't mind them that much, mainly because i was dreading methods in period 6
and IT was really easy in 1/2, I didn't even study for the exam (literally) and I got awards for the subject - wtf? - that being said 3/4 probably will be much more important and the a.o.s don't look that interesting -> but still i love IT (and i'll probs hate it by the end of the year)
3/4 IT Apps is a dragged out version of unit 1. My 3/4 SACs easily went for one to two months each (except for the test in Unit 4) due to the school calendar, teacher absences, and a generally slack class. For me 1/2 was a pain, as my teacher marked pretty harshly, but then coming in to unit 3 I got 100% on the first SAC on databases before things slowly slid down lol. IT is an area that I have been passionate about for a long time, but the feeling of relief after I finished the exam in november was awesome

Make sure you do well on the SACs - rank 1/2 with atleast 90%.. After that you can lose 10-15 marks on the exam and get a 44-50.
+1. I really do think that dropping only eight marks in my SACs and ranking no 1 contributed greatly to my SS of 42, otherwise I would have been as pissed off as you rightfully were...
IT Apps isn't so dreadful, I hated the SACs though, and I wouldnt want it to do with a long with my other year 12 subjects.
I suppose so, but I still kick myself occasionally about how badly I performed in the exam lol
