OMG THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME TOO.
About to kill Monash's website. I get past the username and password page, and the street name, and then this comes up!

Guys, you actually have to call the student service centre for them to fix it up if you keep getting the blank screen. It means you've registered but something went wrong. They can fix it quite easily.

Does anyone else have a problem with getting your address right, since mine is a 3 letter street name it requires me to put Ct or Court but everything i've tried just isnt working

Don't put court, ct, street, st etc

If you still have problems you might want to call them tomorrow.
They fixed my problem.

they said if you have <5 characters for your street name try putting in the 'Ct' or 'Court'

If your street name has less than 5 characters, eg 'York', then enter another word from your street address, eg 'York Avenue'

Oh ok sorry I didn't know that. Hmm that is strange if it doesn't work and you did it correctly though.

The number is 9902 6011 and I think they work from 9am-4pm

Yea and if you want help it directs you to another login page (AuthCate) which needs a login+password and obviously you wouldn't have one if you are trying to register for a WES account ..

Monash is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the process by which new students establish their Authcate account.
Users will experience a very slow response, and may even be timed out. Monash is working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.
