I got offered a bachelor of science
I wanted a bachelor of pharmacy

If i take the bachelor of science, how would i be able to transfer into bachelor of pharmacy after the first year?
If i take the bachelor of science, how would i be able to transfer into bachelor of pharmacy after the third year? or masters straight away?

If you finish the BSc you can't transfer into another bachelor degree, you'd have to do a graduate pharmacy course.
If you want to transfer after first year, check the site for the uni that you want to transfer into - they'll say whether they accept transfers or not. Generally you'll need high marks in your BSc

is that hard?

Getting a certain mark differs fairly widely between students

Minimum to be considered is 70% but the cutoff may be higher if it's competitive. They won't have places for everyone with a 70+ average. Or you can go Grad Pharm like MPharm at USyd.

Yes, you need a degree and the gamsat
