Exponentials Problem

How do i solve the following simultaneous equation, for d and m:

     -equation 1
    -equation 2

I can't think of any way other than using my graphics calculator...

Any help would be awesome!

That's not possible though, because d^3m/d^m=d^(3m-m)=d^2m
