I got a high B+ for midyear 134/180 A was 136/180. I'm aiming for 38 so what grade is that for exam 2? Low to mid A+? I'm pretty clueless but I've been busting my hump and I'm not antagonised by the questions I encounter anymore. Right now I'm at a low A. Is it possible to get into the A+ range by exam time?

This comment might be useless but i don't see why you can't reach an A+ level. Just do some studying

Perhaps what I asked was muddled. What I wanted to know was how high I could get...potentially? I'm pretty sure I've reached a barrier from my mid-year result.

i seen a guy get a 40+ with a B+ midyears. This was a raw score. SO stop speculating and start studying?

its very unusual to see a B+ to get 40+ raw. is it rumour that if u dont get an A, u cant get a certain study score?

You can get into A+ range by exam time but if you ace exam 2 your average will still be 79/90, which is around B+

B+ average will probably fetch you 33-35

If you get a D+ and then a B+ (providing the average for both exams is a B), you're probably looking at high 20s.

If you really want to have some idea, go to http://vcenotes.com/forum/index.php/topic,6688.0.html and follow the instructions that you download, except use GA2 and GA3 2008 data, and then use the 2009 mid year for GA1.

Kind sir, that post was made in October 2007. I haven't even joined up back then, let alone the SS estimator I made.

With chemistry I got 37 by getting an B+ for U3 exam and an A for U4.

so I'm pretty sure if you get a decent A with your next exam you'll get an 37+.
