RMIT transferring

Hi everyone,
 :D Just a quick question. i am currently studying Bachelor of Applied Science (Planning), is it possible to transfer into other courses within the University?

good question mate, im currently studying Bachelor of Science and i want to transfer into another course aswell. any tips on how i should proceed? :P thanks!

Within RMIT, yes.  It's possible.  Do you plan on transferring mid year or end of year?

If it's mid year, check that the course you want to apply for accept mid year transfers and apply direct to the university.

If it's end of year, check that the course accepts non year 12s, get a high average (usually 70+, but definitely check on this) and apply through VTAC.

i was just wondering, if you only picked out 3 subjects for the semester and you want to transfer mid year, would it effect the transfer?

Probably not.  You're still classified as a full time student so that doesn't change your enrolment status.  For the upcoming mid years, your ATAR will be weighted heavier in their decision.
