The only problem with long questions is that you start to switch off thinking after a while and get bored carried way making stupid mistakes that decrease your SS.

yeah i kno, gotta be really 'switched on' on monday. hopefully it won't be like last year, where losing 1 mark almost meant losing one SS at the top end

It keeps you awake, but the side effect (for me at least) is violent ahaking (though that may be nerves/hand cramps from hours and hours of non-stop writing).

yeah my right hand is cramping from studying so much right now! and you know, my chem tutor told me that he used to bring chocolate bars into his exams and he said that it helped. but i doubt VCAA would let us do that anymore...unless we put the chocolate in clear cling wrap. lol, they might be afraid of kids putting something inside a chocolate bar to cheat

I am so certain one long question(probably around 14-16 marks) will be on probability, focusing on normal distribution.

i agree, because they didn't test continuous and normal distributions on exam 1 at all. and i reckon the multiple choice could get quite tricky in spots

i replied about that in the thread you started ('hardest exam 2 qs') - IMO try kilbaha, NEAP, heffernan and TSSM - i found that they were the best quality and probably most relevant. and go for any extended response you can get your hands on - if you happen to have the MAV 'WERMS' revision book, i thought those were good. it's all about experiencing a wide range of analysis question types so you can handle almost anything they throw at you.

Btw
Everybody Good Luck.
Remember: if you find a question hard tomorrow, you are probably not the only one who finds it hard. Grab the maximum number of easy marks and try to analyse the hard/difficult analysis questions.

Practically...Just give it your best shot.
