I may be living interstate next year so I would like to find out what is the cheapest way to access internet? (Living off campus) Is there any suggested companies?
Furthermore, are the prices of goods from large stores safeway, officeworks, kmart etc the same as in Melb?

TPG is probably the easiest way; you can bundle Home Phone, Mobile and Internet. I get 500gb a month, a phone with like, $800 credit and homephone for $65 a month...

And no, prices change wherever you go. Sydney's more expensive than most places, for instance. But in reality they don't differ all that much...

Hmm in terms of expenses, it really depends on what you buy. I'd say that Canberra's much more expensive for eating out, but that said, there's an Aldi and a Supabarn in Civic so you can get cheap groceries.

Yea the main thing I would be worried about is groceries and internet. Are there any other expenses I'm not aware of that actually cost a lot when living by myself?

Actually I wouldn't need a TPG with home phone, internet and mobile. I will probably be just using internet and my mobile.

Would anyone happen to know if there are any Aldi supermarkets in the Gold Coast?
