Evaluating a logarithm

Okay, so I've encountered a strange problem that involves evaluating the subtraction of 2 logarithmic expressions.
It goes like this:

1/2log29 - 1/2log381

How would I go about evaluating this when the bases of the two logs are different?
Striving to achieve an ATAR of 85+

Subjects: English, Chemistry, Mathematical Methods (CAS), Economics and Further Mathematics
