Electronics Questions :/

Hey guys

Having a few difficulties with questions for the Electronics and Photonics section of this exam:
Q8, 6, 12, 13

and for Q1, is it just the value read of the graph at 1.5V?

Any Help would be appreciated :)

Q1.
The voltage across the diode is 1.5V, yes, and hence the voltage across the resistor is 4.5V. You know its resistance, use Ohm's law to find the current through the resistor which is equal to the current through the diode.

Anything with transistors in isn't on the course anymore to my knowledge, so don't bother with them. I've never looked at them so can't help you regardless, sorry :P
