Aren't they on the same day? If that's the case, you'd have to choose one or the other.
Douchy's one seems to be very in depth, not to mention that webinar sounds interesting. Good if your still a bit shaky on some content.
I heard TSFX is very good, the notes are the main thing to get though.

Well if they charge you for cancelling then not worth it however if they don't then
I would go to Douchy's one.

P.S. I had no idea of Douchy's one, damn if only I knew earlier  :P

Going to douchys Pathway to genius one. Should be goood.
imo you shouldve just got some tsfx notes from past students :P

hmmmmm i think i changed my mind. i think im gonna go to pathways (education). the sample notes for biology on their site looked good and pretty in depth. bit if i change my mine again, ill go to the june tsfx one.
with the douchy one, it says
Quote
INCLUDES: 10.5 hours of revision, six trial exams, A+ notes, and revision podcasts & email support up until the exams. Plus free recording of the webinar.
where it says A+ notes, it sounds like theyre giving the A+ cengage notes books for free ... are they?
btw just wondering, with the 8 hrs lectures isnt it a bit too long? are they actually worth that length of time

Pathways seems pretty fine; I just booked myself in for the Biol and Chem lectures :) This is the first time I've seen it though. So taking a risk of sort, which I hope pays off :S
Was a med hopeful in 2011 currently studying Science/Laws at Deakin University.

Did English, Chinese SL, Methods CAS, Biology and Chemistry + Retail Cert III in Year 12.

Feel free to ask any questions related to the above; and I AM SOOO SORRY to all the people who've inboxed me since last year for my non-responsiveness, I forgot completely about this forum for quite awhile.

For 2012 and 2013 Year 12ers, I wish yous all the best!!! :D

By A+ notes, they are trying to tell you that they have really, really good notes. The notes are original and written by high-achieving students and teachers.
Pathways, neap and tsfx tend to go through the entire course, while some of the shorter lectures focus less on the course material, and more on tricky questions and exam technique.

First post on the Bio board :)

i reckon TSFX is only good for subjects that require a lot of memory work like bio, psych or humanities not maths based subjects.

Andrew Douch's bio should be pretty good either way it should be a win win situation and also Douch's one is so much cheaper!!!!

could i get a neap vs. tsfx in terms of value for money?

edit: sorry, should have made the question clearer: which lecture is more "worth it"? is one more enlightening than the other? quality of notes?

cheers
