Well we are less than a month away from exams - how many practice exams are you aiming to do?

Personally, with a chemistry mid years as well, I'm aiming for at least 15.

Also, what marks have you been getting for the practice exams? Best of luck!

2011: English [41] Italian [27], Further Mathematics [32], Biology[40], Chemistry[34]

Honestly.
I think the biggest mistake you can make in year 12 .. or one of them atleast is..................
doing TOOOOO many practice exams in a short period of time.
in the last month and a half or so i did maybe .. 40-50 prac exams for each subject? . for psych i did EVERY paper i got my hands on , every single QUESTION i could find.

you should aim for honestly .... 15 papers at MOST.
all my friends who got why marks only did around that many .. 20-25 AT MOST.

you should aim to PERFECT answers on one paper before going to the next.
i made the mistake of doing a paper ... getting around 80-85% .. and vaugly learning answers to the ones i got incorrect and then moved onto the next paper.

you should do 15-20 MAX to familiarize yourself with the questions well .. and at the same time , be able to perfect each question.

i regret doing so many papers , i should have done less and done them properly ...
:) thats my opinion.

Ditto what matt123 said, last year I probably did just under 15, and the most important thing is to make a list of questions you got wrong, or definitions/explanations that you liked from the answers so you won't make the same mistakes again.

15-20 is ideal, quality over quantity.
Ancient Persian Proverb; " I Wept because i had no Shoes, until i saw a man with no feet!"

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me -- and there was no one left to speak for me.

Agreed! Redo them till you get 100% or as close as you can feel satisfied.

I do not say lonely -- at least, not all the time -- but essentially, and finally, alone.
