What have you guys been averaging for practice exams? Multiple choice? Short Answer?

I've been getting around 65% for my first 2 exams :( although my school has just started disease, I'm a bit iffy on a lot of the disease related questions.
2010: Legal Studies [34]
2011: English [41] Italian [27], Further Mathematics [32], Biology[40], Chemistry[34]
90.65 ATAR

I'm at 90% for all the questions I have done. I've done about 15 exams so far and I leave the disease ones so I can do them when we cover it in class.

What are you guys averaging for MC and short answer?

I just tried out the 2006 VCAA one, struggled with it pretty hard.

i find multiple choice a little easier than the short answer question and i usually work by elimination. having said that, i find justifying answers and providing examples more straight forward and less "trippy".

and yes, vcaa 2006 made me depressed as well.

hey fellas, don't get too depressed after your initial exams, you are meant to be getting those scores.

to the bloke whose getting 90% id say you probably need to mark your self more stringently.

Hey what did you guys get as your results for the Multiple choice for VCAA 2006 BTW?

AAARRRGGGHHH I'm so depressed only got 22/25 for that  :tickedoff:

Silly, silly mistakes !

Ok just did VCAA 2008 so far MC: 24/25 much better than my score for 2006  ;)

And will get teacher to mark short answer questions for 2006 and 2008.

I'm not a guy. And the earlier ones I marked myself easier but the recent ones I've been fairly hard on myself and I've had my teacher look at a few of my papers.
