Grade Distributions

During my first VCAA exam (2006), I got 45/75. That is equal to 60% or a C. According to the grade distributions here, does that mean it would've gone up to a B+?

Just confirming - Because I've done 13 trials now (all commercials except 2006 VCAA), and lately I've been getting 75%-79% so should I be worried? I'm aiming for A+.

VCAA 2006 isnt the best of indicators, perhaps try 2008-2010 for the best indication. And 75-79 is pretty good, better then me at least :P

last year the cutoff was 58 or 59 /75 and that's 77 % so your on track for an A+

Yeah. Doesn't it seem relatively easy to get a B+, let alone an A+ in biology? I'm doing chemistry as well and an A+ grade is an A+ and I'm not getting scores anywhere near an A+.

Technically, the lower the A+ cutoff, the "harder" it is because there are less people getting higher marks
