Hi,
I just recently did a sac on this so to the best of my recollection...
-For doublespeak, I talked about the British satirical sitcom "Yes, Minister" which is an excellent example of language being used to intentionally evade and deceive. You can YouTube it and see for yourself! It's ridiculously confusing!! And a good quote from it is when the minister explains: "a good political speech is not one in which you can prove that the man is telling the truth; it is one where no one else can prove he is lying."
-Something which can come under euphemism, Dysphemism and political correctness: I remember one of the examples I used was something from Glee: the jocks initially are really rude to the paraplegic wheelchair-ridden character, Artie and refer to him using names like "cripple" but once they become friends with him, they instead refer to him as "handy-capable".
-And I think the other two examples I used that had to do with political correctness And sexist language: recently in politics, Tony Abbott called the PM "a bitch, a witch and a frump" and then even more recently, Senator Bushby made a bizarre "meow" noise at Finance Minister Penny Wong during a clash in parliament and Senator Wong said "the blokes are allowed to yell but if a woman stands her ground, you want to make that kind of comment.", that was a fairly good quote I thought!

Hope to have helped at least a little... And good luck with your SAC!
