Study plan fail...help

I'm trying to enroll in my subjects. It let me add one subject to the study plan but everything else I put in, it says search criteria not matched. What do I do?

Leave the field blank then sort through all the options it displays. Yes, it's stupid.

Thanks Russ, that helped I'm still having issues though. I put in psychology as my major and it will only let me select level 2 or 3 units. Level 1 is just not there When I search for psych in the 'level 1 discipline' section it's not there :\

There's always 13MELB, now with stressballs for stress control. I guess we need these given the call centre waiting times

Now I can't find out how to get my username and pw for portal. It says this now that I've done study plan:

Congratulations, you have completed online enrolment! So, what happens now?

    Log into your Student Portal using your username and password created during online enrolment. This is where you access your student email, enrolment and personal details, timetables, Learning Management System (LMS), student services and more.

    Note: Your student email will become active 24 hours after creating your account.



I didn't create a user or pw!! gah beyond frustrated now, enrolling shouldnt be a 3 hour process -___-

You wouldn't have completed your enrolment without your user and pass. Use this to find your username and reset your pass.

Is it the googlemail one? I try logging on with my username which is 'hammondg' according to account management plus my password and it doesn't work.

Yep, have you tried resetting it? Just click the reset button next to the googlemail
