i'm sure it is morally acceptable to not study [at least not cruel/savage] :P

Hehe, when you have parents like mine, everything is inhumane :)

I should say that I only thought 95 because I started studying quite early and knew all the stuff I was supposed to know.

Good topic :)

Hmm. I'd do good in Methods and Spec exam, i suppose. But in exam 2 it would a totally different story [due to time constraints, need to study how to manage the time lol].

So probably about a 29-33 in english, a 35-6 in methods and 33-35 in spec and 36 for econ.

So, 87.15 - 91.10 lol. (woah oh shit).

I have 2 subjects done, done my chemistry midyear (A+) and I've already decided which texts I'm doing for the English exam and have quite a few essays done....

I hate to boast guys but i pretty much have to do one chem exam (33%) and English exam (technically 50%) for the rest of the year. (for my top 4) and have already done 60% of Monash uni subject - the worst is behind me :)

Naww, you're not boasting. At this stage of the year I pretty much I knew I'd get my first preference (clearly-in of 97.45 in 2005 -- dropped to 96.05 in 2006, my year)

That would be epic fail for u eh :P.

As for me, If i stopped studying this time in 2006, I probably would have got around 93-95.

Hmmm, this topic is open to interpretation, by "stopped studying" do you mean you do all the work at school and just come home and do nothing (if this is the case I could get a 70)
Or do you mean you don't even try at school and just do the exams and sacs with your current knowledge (If this is the case, I'd be suprised if I got higher then 10)

I've still got a year to go though

At this stage of the year I was pretty sure I'd get my first preference, which needed a 99. I would've always done well in spec, english, and UMEP maths by about this point. The only one which got better was french - which I fucked up anyway.

haha, you and I have a very different idea of what it means to fuck up. 45 scaled in French is not "fucked up" in my opinion :D
