Hey, did Tasmania Jones do a diamond quest with deadly insects? This reminds me of some TSFX question that they put on their Methods practice exams... I wonder if Irena will brag about it  :roll:

yeh yeh. lol but the equation was really ugly.
the equation was:
y =1000cos(pi(x-8)/2)+2)^2 -1000

it took my 30secs to type that stupid question into my calc. and another few sections just for my calc screen to load it. i had to set the appropriate windows for it as well. that question was a pain.

I really admire Tasmania Jones. He is truly an inspiration to us all. He is just such a multiskilled, talented kind of guy. I predicted his appearance on the 07 exam as well. Vcaa just cant get enough of him but dont we all? He was a mining prospecter as well so his also into the business side of things. Tasmania Jone's flexibility has no boundries. I think that the
Pr(Tasmania Jones is a very sexual porn star in 08 )=1.4
Hes covered all bases and hes got no where else to go. He definately will star in probablity next year. I think the question will be something like this:

Tasmania Jones has entered a competition entitled "the worlds sexiest man alive". While practising his sexual moves he figures he increases his chances by 25%. He has calculated that if he "persuades" the judges with his talent he has a 80% chance of winnning the competition.

Q1 Find
a)Tasmanias chance of winning the competition if he practises his unique "moves" but forgets to "persuade the judges"

guys, if i remember correctly...somewhere in some questions i have seen Tasmania Jones appearing as a she, not a he. LOL.  :D

Look at the first wikipedia entry. Don't click it, but go to cached.

lol. there is a group against tasmania jones on facebook with over 200 members..friend of friends started it LOL

anyways i recall hearing from somebody that tasmania jones had a WIFE.

Grr..

I wouldn't be surprised if nest year he was a gambling advisor (probability) OR a mountain explorer who measures the rate of change in slopes and areas under forest/woodlands.

(How impractical)
