VCENotes Legal Studies Trial Exam 2008

Dear Legal Studies students of 2008,

After quite a few months in the pipeline, the VCENotes Legal Studies Trial Exam 2008 is now available for download FREE of charge :)
Just a few things about it. At the moment, I can't picture myself getting the time to type up answers, even though I know this goes against everything I say about using trial papers for the purpose of  checking your answers against the set answers. I think once you do the paper, give it to your Legal Studies teacher and he/she will be more than happy to mark it.
Special thanks to Fyrefly who had a tremendous amount of input/editing of the paper. Without her, it wouldn't be half the paper it is. :)

Please note: There are currently no solutions available for this exam. I suggest you get your teacher to mark it. He/she will be more than happy to mark it for you.
Hope you like it, and feel free to leave feed back. Please don't reveal any of the questions or answers, there is a separate thread for the exam discussion. Click here for all discussion/answers/thoughts on this trial exam

Lol funnily enough I got a msg from someone I tutored today saying 'did you write the VCENotes Legal Exam' which I replied to with yes.

and then i got a msg back saying 'how did you know what was going to be on the exam when you wrote this trial? It had almost everything on the exam :P'

Let me just say I have an insider in the VCAA :P

NOT! No I don't actually have an insider. I just chose the things I most thought would appear through past experience.
