Oh lol im not smart :( everyone knows more than me xD
lol im smart :)

wut.
Maybe... :P you choose

I think that line closes the case. Quite smug if you ask me.

So, to you, Khalid - stop being an attention seeking twit. Copying other people's questions from other forums to make you look smart is just going to make you look like an idiot.

Jo, stfu. he's 10
I expect a kid to seek attention from everyone, I don't expect a 20 yo guy having a need to reply seriously as if it is a proper argument.

Ok, then he shouldn't be here.

And if he didn't declare his age, how would you perceive him then?

His age should not and will not be a complete defence to his actions as far as I'm concerned. It will merely be a consideration.

How is that smug? That's just replying to Mao's argument.

Unlike Khalid, who basically suggested satisfaction that his attention seeking attempts had succeed.

Guys, put a sock in it. This has become too much of a pedantic argument. Just leave eachother alone and everything should be fine. Put it to rest please. Its not fun for the rest of us.

^Sorry but I can't. Not when a mere child is being attacked, with a severity that far surpasses the actual issue -- spamming.

Jo: next time Khalid does something stupid, swallow it. He doesn't need you to tell him off. For Christ sake [and as much as you hate it], he's only a kid. stfu.

Everyone else: there's no point arguing against Jo. If you leave him alone, he won't argue back.

It is not customary to lock a thread after giving yourself the final right of reply Mao.

Let it be known that you are not unanimous in your support of the concept that underage people are unable to make responsible decisions. I don't believe, for example, that a 10 year old who murders, has no idea of his mischief and incorrectness. Sheltering kids and trying to get everyone to conform to this is not necessarily the best way. My point is not that we should go to the other extreme, but that it is really the parent's role to bring him up, not us.

Hence, we should not impose our opinions of child-rearing onto others in this forum. It is only to our inconvenience if we accept responsibility for his well-being. We do not. We cannot. It is impractical.

This thread shall remain locked, but this post is to clarify the neutrality of the moderators with regards to children on this forum.
