lols firstly its most unlikely we are gonna have da same set of examiners and i can tell you the reason being that teachers that did the oral examination in that area are from schools around another area and you think about it, its the teachers are most likely from schools around my area or very far away areas and since your not allowed to examine in the same area as your school its most unlikely ill get the same set of examiners as Matt. Plus the time difference is alot its like 5-29 thats like 24 days ==. Also it doesnt matter, theres bound to be one other person that does the same topic as you, the teachers are not there to compare, they are there to judge your ability of speaking japanese no matter what the topic is...Also since the topic im doing has different aspects to it i might be able to provide something different.
Nevertheless, the only thing that would matter in the situation is the person RIGHT INFRONT of you does the same topic then you might have a bit of problem, that is why if you know your friend is doing the same topic as you trade rooms with someone else before your oral...(i dont think there are allocated positions for you just the times you have to be there)

i had my oral exam yesterday and also did vending machines for my detailed study. i was a bit disappointed that i didn't get to say all my info!! i think my teacher misled us a bit, coz i studied really in detail.
they pretty much ask very general questions, so if you dont no some areas in detail dont stress (or waste time trying to memorise other things)

lu_c4 lols that exact thing happened to me during the Unit 4 SAC i thought it was too short == o wells you probably did well considering you understood most of it ... so you reckon most questions in both sections of the exam are quite general brief?

Yeah I used plain form heaps when I went to
Japan on exchange last year for 6 months!
We also use it a fair bit in class too..

ZOMGS I DID THE ORAL EXAM it was alright i made a couple mistakes and they asked which uni i wanted to go to which as mentioned above was a weird questions so for those people doing it next year prepare for the university question!

Then heaps about sport, nearly the whole general convo
