well i like the fact that my school, which is a public school, is pretty much regarded as a private school, because we get to do all the events with the rich colleges, especially rowing. in ballarat, rowing is huge amongst the schools who do it!!
academically, my school is pretty good, well, at least my year level is. we still have those few who really shouldnt be there, but at the end of the day, its really up to you and how much you work, we dont need babysitters in year 12, its our responsibility. if you want to do well, you do the work.
whoever gets dux this year at my school will no doubt have an enter of 98 +, we have some reallllllly smart, hard working students

My skool's median was ...25 last year I think.

A crappy skool does put u @ a disadvantage, but it's still possible 2 do relatively well.

As 4 blaming randoms online... ::)

If the statistics for other schools were only composed of the enthusiastic enough to post on a forum (selection bias), then other schools would surely post far greater results too.

MacRob, I think its like 39, followed by MHS on 38. Median ENTER for MacRob is like 96+, for MHS its 'only' 95.something.

I think a couple of years ago my schools median was like 24 or something, so 28 is actually an improvement loool!
