Architecture or Computer Programmer

Truck driver/drug dealer if you don't make it to Uni.

And for those lazy cunts and bastards who don't want to work; try Centrelink.

i'm also hoping to become a chemical engineer and major in petrochemicals if there is a future in this area or mining. Second option would be something to do with finance.
One question that has always bugged me is if you go to let's say melbourne uni and you JUST pass every semester, would you still get the same or around the same pay as a person with HD's? Also do your scores in university really matter after 5 years in the workforce?

no i believe when you get a job especially after 5 years, uni results do not matter. What replaces results is the experience you have gained from working

Dentist
Pharmacist would scrape it
Physio may scrape it (especially with your own practise)
Chartered Accountant
Actuary

CA and Actuary do not obtain six figure salaries. You need to extremely good and get into a management to reap those kind of salaries.

And medical positions are not really highly paid (in terms of $',000,000) in Aust if you work for  hospitals. You need to set up your own practice and be extremely good at to earn that income.

True millionaire salaries

- Mining
- Construction
- Senior Chemical Engineering at a large petroleum based corp (ExxonMobil, BP etc)
- IB/Finance (lol)
- Management
- Advertising Executives
- Commercial Law

2009 - BBus (Econometrics/Economics&Fin) @ Monash

lulz
your confusing six figure salary with seven figure salary (even though you bolded the word six) :P

If you still don't know the difference
six figure salary = 100 000+ (count the digits, SIX  ) :D ;D :D ;) :P

seven figure salary = millionaire salary = what you've been describing

Good on ya guys. I'm going to be an economist and I love how comparative advantage is playing out here! It really is at the core of economics - people are different: they have different specialties, quirks and preferences, and all of you freely choosing to enter different fields is a representation of this.

I officially love Commerce more than Engineering now.

Stop fighting kids. I love both of them equally, just that one is more equal than the other!
