Just a quick question re preparation:

What sort of things do you think we should be doing to prepare for this section.

I am currently reviewing my chosen main text - Dawe's poetry - and picking up the ideas related to identity and belonging/finding useful imagery and trying to make connections between poems

And I guess after finishing this will continue looking at prompts and brainstorming them and just write (however not necessarily always complete essays (I plan to write probably another 2 complete essays before the exam- don't want to be stale) - but little ideas; paragraphs etc

Do you think the above would be worthwhile preparation?

/What are you doing to prepare for it?

i'm also doing identity and belonging. i have focused on studying the universal truths about identity and belonging and really work out my views and beliefs. know the themes and central characters of the texts well. i dont believe there is that much study you can do, you just have to know your beliefs and be able to talk about them in depth.
only two days left now :)
