Does anybody know where I can get last year's version of this? I'm not sure what to make of these numbers.

Ugh 489 first preferences for Arts/Law at Monash! And I don't know how many 1st round offers are available this year, but last year 140 were given, with about 15% being under the clearly-in. Yikes. Oh well, luckily there's something called a 2nd year transfer Arts-->Arts/Law :)

I don't believe that is available, their link to last year's data only gave per-institution stats.

though this may give you some kind of indication

getting supply numbers is impossible. The only way to find out approximately, is how many places were filled last year, i guess.
