If a question asked what are the disadvantages of utilizing nuclear energy, i know it sounds a bit over the top but can you say that

Higher chance of terrorist attacks =p, and hence weapons of mass seduction that heightens the vulnerbility of the residents.

radioactive waste
reactor malfunction [low risk but can cause a lot of damage]
high cost
non-renewable
fuels may be used for weapons development

Not really, nuclear weapons aren't known for their small size and easy manufacture. Even if someone infiltrated a nuclear power plant, getting enough enriched Uranium for the purposes of a bomb would be impractical compared to using conventional explosives or biological agents.
