India deserved to win the series 2-0, since they had dominated the last 3 tests. It was always gonna be a huge ask for Australia to win the series in India, since it has only happened once in nearly 40 years (back in 2004). I wouldn't say we have definitely lost out number 1 tag yet, we'll just have to see how they go this summer against New Zealand and South Africa.
