i was on the vtac website, and i noticed on that on the 17th of November they release early offers,

what's that all about? how does that work?

It's not for CY12s (Current Year 12s)

I'm pretty sure it's for NONY12s and Graduate teaching offers lol.

Its for some courses (mainly art/design-y ones) that predominantly use criteria *other* than an ENTER score to select people

In other words, if you've never come across the term 'early offer' before, it has nothing to do with you :)
