Anyone else now have a retarded body clock?

As per the title... This started happening about a couple months ago. Even during the exam stages, no matter what time I went to sleep I woke up at roughly 6-7am. Then I want more sleep and I try to fall asleeep again to no avail. It's most likely due to school which required me to get up at 7 and I usually slept around midnight. School is bloody over now and it's still happening!  >:( Anyone else have a fried body clock now?  :o

Ps. I don't really study, so it's not from late nights.

I know what you mean, but the thing with me is regardless of what time i go to sleep, i get up at 7,
maybe its just rountine?
some nights i dont even get my 6-7 hours sleep, i just wake up automatically, although on the weekends i dont get up till about 12-1pm, maybe that makes up for the lost hours of sleep throughout the week? haha

To be honest, I don't see how a body clock is retarded when it is making you rise soon after the sun comes up :P :P

It was both in Melbourne. Well it was really hot, anyway.

Mine's the other way. Instead of waking up at a particular time, I can't sleep till a particular time. Most of my exams were on at 3PM, so I got to stay in bed till really late. Then it went from 3 to 11:45am. I couldn't sleep straight away, and then I couldn't sleep because I was nervous that I couldn't sleep straight away, etc. That just resulted in me rolling around in my bed for 4 hours. I should've just kept studying.

I use to be at a stage where 12-3am would be the most productive time for me. So yes body clock is retarded.
