A+ A+ (2nd Ranking) ... C for the exam = study score??

for international studies..
GA1 = 90/100
GA2 = 92/100
exam = 84 - 109 (im guessing around 100) / 200 -> C

i stuffed up my exam, it was so pathetic.
but if people below my ranking did well, and presuming i did well on my gat, does it count for anything?
the mean is 119.3 (C+) .. i highly doubt i got 60%. so shattered.
is it even possible to still get over 30? do my sacs not count for anything anymore? what is it likely i will get?

its unpredictable some people have lost 8 marks on an exam and gotten 45+ and others have lost 3 and recieved a mesley42
