what is it about English Language that makes it hard?

theres an infinite amount of stuff you need to know, and in the exam you have to write an essay about one aspect of the course, which can be extremely specific.

unit 4 stuff isn't really that difficult...

depends what you like to do... if you enjoy reading and analysing texts, then you would find normal english easier, however if you like having to learn a whole bunch of stuff, then to apply your knowledge - then EL would be easier.

and another thing is, to be able to write an A+ exam essay, you are going to have to work VERY hard. it is a difficult task, and you need to be extremely sophisticated, and know the course back to front to be able to do this.

being naturally talented will only get you so far
trying as hard as you can, and putting in heaps of effort will only get you so far
you need a solid combination of both if you want to get near those 45+ scores.

Fuck I have a SAC tomorrow and I just realised this (fail)
