okay....so im about to apply to get my results smsed to me...BUT im confused...it says put your VCE number and PIN...is the PIN just my DoB like on the VTAC one....also my friend reckons its th same as your VTAC PIN which is your DoB by default...but i change my VTAC PIN soo would the PIN for the ENTER via SMS be the one i changed or still my DoB?

You should have been sent a letter about a week ago with your details for the text message on there for reference. Also just a warning, if you request the  text within 24hrs of results (which u have) it may be delayed...that's what it says on the website anyways

Well in theory they are mean't to arrive at the same time, but the internet is usually delayed due to so many people trying to access their results. Either way, you will receive your results by 7:30 at the latest.

My sms results didn't come until about 7:15, luckily I had the internet (I used sms as a back-up, in case I couldn't access them online).

depends, mine came at about 6.50am, other people I know got theirs at like 7.20am
