50 in legal

i so wanted that 50 lol. Fkn precedent!

and yeah i'll miss that wait as weird as it sounds.
Now school is done for forever : (

ahah! precedent question i thought i fucked up but apprently i didn't loose a mark on that one even though i didn't include obiter dictum, persuasive etc etc which everyone was telling me i'd loose 4 marks on or whatever. did you include all these things?

I hated those ppl who were like omg u didnt mention persuasive!! why!!!! and im like w tf. re-read the question, it wasnt necessary, even my teach said it wasnt.

I lost the marks cos I didnt make enough points rly, i kinda left it and said id come back to it later but didnt have enough time

I mentioned stare decisis, binding precedents etc, and then i talked about RODD in a lot of detail and said that despite it's flexibility all inferior courts are bound by the precedents set in superior courts and this could restrict their ability to interpret law and something about social values etc.
