No need to quit. I don't moderate the boards much, but I'm still moderator. :)

Heh, I'm thinking of resigning as administrator, due to time constraints and disagreement with the way the site is going. I'd still like to remain a user here though.

I can understand the time constraints. I'm not sure what 'way the site is going'.
But yeh fair enough going into year 12 it would be very hard to be an administrator for the site. Im presuming you do a lot of 'behind the scenes' work yes?

I feel I'm pulling a lot of the load. I've got no idea what enwiabe is up to, but we need some sort of moderation guide (which I started but didn't continue - I'm not getting paid to do it) to ensure the forum is moderated in a consistent fashion to ensure that user satisfaction remains high. enwiabe also needs to become less 'hot-headed', and listen to his users more, not intimidate them.

I'm working (well, was, not sure if I will be after enwiabe sees this) on the Notes system but I'm not allowed to talk about it with users until it ships. Because of this (lack of feedback), I'm not even sure if we have the execution right.

Also, there's no solid, on-paper business plan, as far as I know.

Curiously, how did enwiabe find you for your postion? Are you acquainted?

If this really was a "business" then wouldn't "employees" or at least the ones that do a lot of work deserve some sort of payment for the work they put in? Especially if that work exceeds the amount but in by the "business owner"?

I get a 20% stake. I posted a thread here because I intended to create a third-party notes system. He deleted the thread and asked me to build him one.
