Yes it will work.
A common VGA Port. So, if you purchased a GFX card, you'll have to "plug" in your "monitor" into the gfx card port, not the standard port.

a few things u might need as well then:
1. a better processor
2. more RAM (if u have expansion slots, get one more stick of 1Gb

i.e. a new computer, basically.

Khalid, the higher the fps, the better. FPS means frames per seconds. i.e . The higher the fps, the better the picture , video/sound quality.

I think you're trying to say "Latency", your cpu and internet connection speed determines that.

I would recommend you to go for a better graphic card, perhaps an ATI Radeon or a Nvidia with similar specs.

Video Graphics Array. It's basically the predecessor of DVI.  VGA the "old" version of video output, you could say.

- Bus Speed
- VRAM (higher the VRAM the greater resolution you can attain)

If the Bus Speed is too high, your chipset may not support it (a better Processor is needed) [or it will but the full optimal capacity of your GFX will not be utilised]

You'd be better off getting a more current card, like a 8600GT, which is quite a good midrange card thats only worth around $100-120.
