Will my Ati radeon X1550 use any New games at low settings and 800 x 600 resoultion

there was its specs

Manufacturer: ATi
Series: Radeon X1K
GPU: RV516
Release Date: 2007-01-08
Interface: PCI
Core Clock: 650 MHz[Sometimes i put it to 600 when the graphics card is heated up]
Memory Clock: 400 MHz (800 DDR)
Memory Bandwidth: 6.4 GB/sec
Shader Operations: 2600 MOperations/sec
Pixel Fill Rate: 2600 MPixels/sec
Texture Fill Rate: 2600 MTexels/sec
Vertex Operations: 325 MVertices/sec

it does

Shader Operations: 2600 MOperations/sec
Pixel Fill Rate: 2600 MPixels/sec
Texture Fill Rate: 2600 MTexels/sec

thats pretty good the Nvidia 6600 does 2800 MTexels/Sec so it like the performance as one

and is it better than my old Ati radeon 9600 pro that done 1600 Mtexels/Sec

Yes.

Those numbers mean nothing to me.

It should, but don't expect to see amazing frame rates. x1550 is quite a low end card, worse than 6600 and it's not a lot better than a 9600Pro. Why not sell it and buy yourself a 8600GT or a 8800GS if you've got more money.
