Microsoft Word (Office 2007) HELP!!!

I have mild OCD and refuse to be satisfied with the way that the page has self-formatted.
Can someone help me get it back to how it should be?

I hate the way Word formats stuff sometimes...have to spend ages fixing it all.

What do you mean by back to the way it should be? Moving the bullet points? That can by done by double-clicking a bullet point > customise > change indent values.

Please clarify if that was what you meant

Nah I meant, how the first line is to the left, and the second line is indented as well as the third. I want the 2nd and third lines to be in line with the first line. It automatically indents it once I get to the 2nd, 3rd...100th line etc and only resets when I start a new paragrapgh

Ah. What I would do is show the rulers (view > ruler, I assume; don't have recent version of Word), select the paragraph, and move the thing on the ruler back to where it should be.

There's also format > paragraph, to change things.

yeah, show the rulers, and then drag the little triangles (other shapes too?) to the left, as much as you want.

Yeh found the rulers. Thanks. I used to use them on old Word but they werent here by default on the new one.
