QLD Minimum Entry Requirements

I just looked at the QTAC application and apprently I haven't satisfied the prerequisite English (4,SA).
Does anyone have any light to shed on English (4,SA) equivalent? Cheers

SA is like a 30 study score. I remember that they have grading such as SA, HA, VHA (satisfactory achievement, high achievement, and very high achievement) well thats what they had when I used to live in QLD.. not too sure about what the 4 is though as I only lived there whilst doing primary school.
